we need to extract the information (columns) along with justification, comments.

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to extract the information (columns) to be included in the report is a person's name, email address, justification field and comments field. I tried a select query in data analyzer to extract the comments, but it is giving me the comments in HTML Format like this <span class="busjustformat">*******</span>
