Description: The getUser API does not return a response when the value of the max parameter is set to 5000 or more.
This was supposed to be fixed in Release notes 23.11

Jira is provided in saviynt ticket may or may not prioritize hence please reach out to TAM/CSM TO CHECK STATUS

This is expected behavior. All Saviynt API returns 500 results by default considering performance
Apply below change to increase maximum length - Please note it will impact performance
