Hello All,
It has been mentioned in the Release notes for v2022 that - "If an endpoint is configured with two levels of approval and a user requests entitlements, causing SOD violations, on completion of the first level of approval, the SOD violation details are displayed on the Request Approvals details page of the second level approver." Does it mean that first level of approver won't be able to see the violation while approving? Or does it mean that the second level of approver won't be able to see the violation while approving? Also, if any of the above case is true, has this been fixed in v23.2?

Hi @soumya_deep
The issue is in the second level approver page the SOD violations are not correctly displaying, its not fixed yet and our engineering team is working on this issue.
Thanks

Hi Darshan,
What do you exactly mean by SOD not properly displayed on second level? Can you provide some screenshots? Will the second level approver won't even come to know that he/she is approving a request with violation?

Hi @soumya_deep
Okay let me explain a scenario, suppose there are 2 sod violations for which request was raised ( with multi approver levels ) now the first approver accepted 1 violation only then the second approver should see only 1 violation which is approved ( if its rejected he shouldn't see any violations ), Currently the second level approver is able to see ( on request approval detail page ) SOD calculation displayed as it is getting displayed on review page.
Thanks
