V1 Actionable Analytics - Open,Provision Access

I have configured an Analytics report to provision access with all the required columns and configured the 'Allowed Action' to just 'Provision Access'.  However, when I see the report it shows 'Open,Provision Access' and I have not selected 'Open'.   When I run the Analytic job to take take the default action, it does not take the default action.

How to get rid of 'Open' in the V21 Analytics so my default action 'Provision Access' can be triggered.

Have you added the default action in your select query?

'Provision Access' as Default_Action_For_Analytics
