Using Custom Query to Fetch Entitlement Values

Hi folks,

we are working on a requirement where "Entitlements" need to be provisioned as Birthright groups based on the Job title of the user.

We updated one of the customproperty of the Entitlement with the User Job title and updated the condition as follows

a.status=1 and a.title is not null and a.title in (select distinct custompropertyXX from Entitlement_values)

We are able to see the expected users in the Preview who matches this condition.

But when we try to configure the customquery in the Action as per the below documentation, we are unable to find the option under Objecttype & object of Action.

Can anyone validate and provide your insights on how to get the above option under Action or do we need make any configurational changes anywhere.

Thank you.

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

The thing is "the Object type" specified in the above document is not showing for us under the drop-down. PFA.

We didn't triggered the rule yet to capture the logs.

Its regarding the missing Object type feature. We are currently on v23.8.

Please validate and provide your insights on this.

Thank you.

Same with 24.5
