Using a saviynt campaign to check if SNOW tickets are completed

I am trying to research the capabilities of Saviynt, and what my team could use the campaigns for.  I have a disconnected system that sends tickets to SNOW whenever a new account need deleted or created for this specific system.

What I am wondering: Is there a campaign I could run in Saviynt that would look at the active tickets in SNOW related to this system to see whether these tickets are getting closed in a timely manner?
