User should be member of provisioning team then only tasks will be visible.

Please make sure user is owner of Endpoint or member of user group which is mapped as Owner as Endpoint

Hello,

I created a group and added a user to the group. the added the group to endpointowner. still it shows "No data Available"

@NID27 After user is assigned to this group as an endpoint owner, any pending/provisioning tasks assigned to this group?

@NID27 After adding the user to group, raise a request for this endpoint and complete the approval and then check the pending tasks.

This change will reflect only new requests/tasks create after fact doesn't apply for already created tasks. For already created tasks you can use change owner option under actions and reassign it to respective user and see if that shows up

Hello Saathvik,

I created few new tasks via User update rule but the user is still not able to view the tasks.

Thanks

Nidhi

@NID27 : Who is the owner of the task? Is it admin or usergroup you have associated as owner of respective endpoint?
