Hi Everyone,
Your help will be really appreciated, We have this in Urgent situation.
We have a user update rule for enabling the account and technical rule for assigning the access.(Birthright)
When ever CP20 updated in users other attribute, then at first user update rule will evaluate for enabling the account and technical rule should evaluate for assigning the access.
But for me, while i was testing this... user update rule is triggered and enable account task is created in pending tasks....But Technical rule is not evaluated and not created add access.
This is the value stored in Customproperty20 = CN=XXXXXXXX\, Simeio's1 (Super User Account),OU=Super User Accounts,OU=XXXXXXXXXX............
Below is the User Update Rule and This rule Trigger action is Trigger when user is updated from Import
Below is the Technical rule

Hi @Ashir , it won't create an add access task for inactive user..
Handle it via analytics when account is enabled add the access ..

You can create add access after 1 day so that account is enabled first.Task created only for active account for adding/ removing access.

I am testing for Active users and Inactive account.
Does it create add access task along with enable account task or not?
For Inactive account once user update rule triggered enable account task created but technical rule not evaluated and add access task not created.
Please help me with this.

Hi @Ashir ,

Hi @rushikeshvartak @PremMahadikar @NM
In 23.7 version when ever user update rule triggered only enable account task is creating.
But it is not evaluating the technical rule to add the access.
I have created the new user update rule.
will this help us, please can you confirm.
New user update rule: First enable account task will create and provision and after 1 day does this below rule create add access task.

Hi @Ashir , as @rushikeshvartak mentioned in version 24.7 also it is working as expected you don't have to delay the task by adding days..
Is it not creating directly?

I want to know about 23.7 version.
According to user update rule.
New user update rule: First enable account task will create and provision and after 1 day does this below rule create add access task.

@NM @rushikeshvartak @PremMahadikar
In 23.7 version
Yesterday enable account task is completed but according to my technical rule today i mean after 24 hours of enable account task complete, add access task should generate but it is not generated.
Does any of you have Analytic query to trigger add access task along with enable account task.
