User Update Request page is redirecting to Create User Request page if refreshed

We are using v24.3. 

During the "Update User Request"  if the user is REFRESH the page it is re-directing to the "Create User Request" Page

If there is any fix or patch available?

Hi @userr this is working fine for me in 24.4.

This seems issue with version so please plan for upgrade working well in v24.7
