User unable to login to Saviynt SSM - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

One of our users is getting the following error while trying to login to Saviynt using SSO.

I have confirmed the following:

• systemusername is correct
• User has a SAVROLE in place
• User is also Active.
• User cleared cache & cookies, restarted browser. Also tried a different browser.

What else could be going wrong?
