User registration form: How to read another attribute

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a user form where in we need to get the organization owner(keeping org owner in cp6 of customer table), So, in the form as soon as user selects Organization attribute, I want the respective owner to be populated in the other attribute (organization owner).

My intention is to use this organization owner value futher in the wf custom assignment.
