User Manager Certification - Can you change employment status label sort order in Cert UI?

Is it possible to sort Employment Status dropdown values alphabetically? or even a custom sort, example below: 

Current order

  • No Response
  • Works for Me – End Date Correct
  • Does Not Work For Me
  • Terminated
  • Works For Me Extend End Date

Change to:

  • No Response
  • Works For Me - Extend End Date
  • Works for Me - Correct End Date
  • Does Not Work For Me – Update Manager
  • Terminate (d)

what is the default sort order, the way values are entered?

Its depends on what u selected during configuration

@MargaretB navigate to admin > Global Config > Campaign Config User Manager  > Show Employment Status Options and verify

here is my setting, can this be re-ordered? if so, what are the steps?  thank you for your time!

Select random sequence and validate what sequence is visible for certifier

Currently its shown as per user life cycle evenets

  • No response - if person not belongs to manager as reportee
  • works for me

Yes there is no way to change order. You may submit idea ticket for same.
