User Manager Campaign - Step 2 - Entitlement Value - Access Denied

We have a SAV role created for Certifiers to perform User Manager certifications.  All actions are available to the certifier to complete the certification activities, however, on Step 2 of User Manager campaign,  where Saviynt provides a link for the entitlement under the column "Entitlement Value" is giving us 'access denied' error.  What access needs to be granted to the SAV role so they do not get 'access denied' error when clicking on the Entitlement.

Hi @RV

Can you please try adding this access to the SAV Role and check?

First try adding popup related access to the SAV Role and mostly it should resolve your issue.

Still no luck.  I get the same error.

Did you do clear request map post adding the new access to the SAV role?

Also can you please paste the screenshot of the error?

Thanks

Yes.  I cleared the request map after adding the new access.  Here is the error I we see when we click the Entitlement Value.

Can you try adding below also ?

    SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_popup
    SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_detail
    SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_tcode
    SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_tcodej

Once you add , clear the request map , restart the browser by clearing cache and login again.

Thanks

We do not have the below access list available to add :

SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_detail
SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_tcode
SUBMENU.CAMPAIGN.entitlement_show_tcodej

We are also using Saviynt 5.5 and the access are available in our environment.

Try to search in Request Map , if it is still not available , please open ticket with Saviynt team.
