User Manager campaign progress is 0%

Hi Everyone,

I am creating a user manager campaign to send a reminder mails to manager. I created through campaign through campaign template and launched it and state changed to in progress now but issue is that in progress percentage is still 0%. It should have triggered reminder mail by now but i did not received. I am new to campaign topic. I tried to search this issue but not found any help. Can anyone help me what can fix this issue.

Hi @Shwet01 ,

Have you configured and run the Send Reminder To Certifier Job (CampaignReminderJob)

Create such a trigger and run it on a scheduled basis daily to send reminders to the certifiers for unlocked items.

Regarding the campaign percentage did you click on "Refresh Progress" and see if the progress changed? You can also schedule a job " Campaign Progress Refresh Job (CampaignProgressRefreshJob)" to refresh the campaign status.

For campaign percentage change you need to schedule Campaign Progress Refresh Job or manually click on Refresh Progress button

For campaign reminders you need to schedule Send Reminder to Certifier Job
