User manager campaign for external account review to disable account instead of deleting account

Hi All,

We have launched the user manager campaign for external account and everything working as expected, but we are looking certain option like when manager selects the terminate option currently it is creating remove account task but is there any possible to have the below option

When user selects terminate it has to create disable account task?

Suppose please find the below screenshot

When choosing it is creating remove account task

But is it possible to get disable account instead of remove account?

Disable account is not supported using certification. Please submit Idea for same
