Hi Team,
i have launched a user manager campaign for the manager1 and he conditionally certified the access and roles for the user. Then the user changed the manager and a new certification campaign was created for the new manager. The new manager rejected some accesses which the first manager approved. And then we saw that the removed account tasks were rejected because of the campaign that the first manager approved. Why it is so? And how we can prioritise the certification which was done by the new(second) manager? Thank you!
