User is not getting created in user management(Create user request form)

Hi Team,

We are trying to create a form for guest management. When I click on submit it shows the following:

Though in the global configuration, it has auto approval.

PS: I created 2 users a day ago. Today when I try to do it,I had few changes in attributes,I rolled it back yet its showing as above.

Do anyone has the idea what could be the fault?

When user modification auto approve is selected, this message appears, and request doesn't get created. However, if you check, the user should get created.

Hi Dhruv,

No, it didn't create user, when it does it gives below pop up, saying it created the user with username. That is not happening now.

Let me know if you have any clue why it is doing so.

@Harsha, I replicated the same and user is getting created even after the above message is displayed, can you please verify by going to the Admin-> Identity repository->users-> search with the username which you created. Once you confirm this, we will check and let you know why the wrong message is displayed in the case of auto-approve.
