Hi Team,

We are trying to disable user using user update rules and rule triggered on the change but user is not disabled/Inactive

We have checked the logs but did not find any error on that.

As per below document
Creating User Update Rules (saviyntcloud.com)

Can you check if there were any tasks (remove account/access) generated for the user after the user update rule was triggered . Also do you see the status of user in Saviynt as Active or Inactive.

Thank you Sahil for your reply, Status of the user remained unchanged, the user is still Active. Even though it was evaluated by the rule.

Can you please provide the logs for this action. Please capture log(ECM/ECM-WORKER) immediately after you update the user's CP10. Also, could you please check if user is having any associated account or not.

Hi,

How is the users CP10 updated? Is it via UI or CSV or via import or via API. Can you check below config?
