User is having an issue trying to login to Saviynt

One of the user in my company is having an issue trying to login to Saviynt . He is getting below error. He has an active account for Saviynt. I have checked to make sure that his email address matches with what we have in Active Directory and also made sure that he has the SAV Role assigned. I don't what else could be causing an issue of not being able to access Saviynt. Please help

This doesnt seem to be an issue or error from Saviynt side.

In order to part of SSO Login user need to be part of Security Group which is not assigned. Please assign Security Group in Azure to gain SSO Access.
