User correlation rule now working

Hi

We are using correlation rule for one of our application but its not doing the mapping. I ran the micro service job after updating endpoint and then ran the import job. Its still not coming up.

please refer below screenshots for user , account and rule details.

try advance query users.username=accounts.name and run import job

There is nothing much i find in logs. should i attach the log file ?

 

Hi @rajat1996 ,

Make sure account status is Active or Manually Provisioned or 1. Can you execute above query in Data Analyzer and check whether it returns result or not.

Also make sure Correlation rule type is SQL.
