User Context Actionable Analytics - Open conflict issue

Hi All,

We have a user context actionable analytics to Provisionaccess ( add access) whenever we run it  will create pending task and the wsretry will complete it , after 3 hours we are removing that access through other analytics.

If i run the analytics its returning results ( same user) but its show open Conflict as 0, that means it clogging previous one assuming the task is there already ( but there is no pending task)  and not generating new task.

any idea/inputs on the above issue , how we can clear that make sure it will generate new task if really not there?

Have you added sysdate() in your analytics?

Hi Naveen, No i didnt use sysdate() but used other dates for ex : TIMESTAMPDIFF(MINUTE, us.updatedate, NOW()) like this 

is there any restriction ?
