Use custom jar to calculate the username via Register User Rule

Is it possible to call a custom jar from the Register User Rule:

Like something along the lines of:

We have a fairly complex logic that won't be easy to implement with just SQL

We cannot call a custom JAR in any rules (eg. Register user Rule, System Username Generation Rule , Email Generation Rule).
