Updating the dynamic attribute resets the existing entitlement of the user

Hello,

We have created a dynamic attribute 'Filter'.

We have 4 entitlement types - entTypeA (Request Option - Dropdown-single), entTypeB (Request Option - Dropdown-single), entTypeC (Request Option - Dropdown-single), entTypeD (Request Option  - Table).

entTypeA requestable query is set as 'ev.customproperty1 like '%${Filter}%'

New account creation is working fine for us. However, when we are modifying an existing account and changing the DA 'Filter' value from the dropdown, entTypeA, entTypeB, entTypeC values are getting reset. We understand that changing the DA 'Filter' should only reset the entTypeA, but Saviynt is resetting other entitlement types value as well (with Request Option - Dropdown-single). Have you faced this issue Dropdown-single request options? Do we have any solution for this?

@snauni What is the requestable query for other entitlement types? Is this only happening in modify scenario but not on new account scenario?

1) The requestable query in other entitlement types do not use that dynamic attribute. They are checking for requestable flag we store in their entitlements custom properties (e.g. ev.customproperty5='Yes')

2) Yes, we are seeing this in modify account only.

This is expected behavior. Are you storing dynamic attributes values in account custom properties?

Is this an expected behavior for dropdown option only? Because we are not seeing this for Table option entitlement type.

No, we are not storing the dynamic attributes value in account CPs.

This is expected as dropdown means only entitlement can be assigned hence based on dynamic attribute existing entitlement / value will be automatically removed. where as in table its 2 table selected & available hence it does not refresh / remove pre selected

We changed the DA 'Filter' to ENUM from Single Select SQL just to test if this would fix our issue and it did! It could be a Saviynt bug, although ENUM fixed our issue.
