Updating AD Account attributes based on entitlement selection of other endpoint

Hi,

I have a requirement where if a user selects entitlement A for the endpoint, the AD Account of that user should be updated with some value (ex: extensionattribute1 of AD). Is there any way we can achieve this?  

Ex: endpoint A , if some one selects entitlement A then AD Account extension attribute should have the value of Entitlement A
