Update user task pending but not completing

I have a user update rule that triggers on a value change for an attribute to then sync to a target REST Application(DUO). The rule triggers properly and I see the "Update User" task generated under pending tasks. However, I am unable to get the task to process when triggering the WSretryJob. I don't see any errors and typically I can click the job that was ran to see how many tasks failed or were processed but that job is not clickable in the job history either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @jralexander137 ,

Did you try to run the WSRETRY(provisioning) job for the update user task with the help of 'advanced query' option where you can mention the task key and run the job. 

Once the job is run, please check if you can find anything in the provisioning comments of the task for any errors if it's still in pending.
