Understanding saviynt application in snow (raising a request for app etc)

 We have successfully installed the saviynt app into snow and able to import applications and entitlements into saviynt app in snow. Now we are trying to create a capability (create catalogs and make them as requestable )for users to raise a request for the applications and associated entitlements  but not getting any options for these. Could you please guide us on this ?

Note: we have admin access in snow dev

Check if you selected Service Catalog in the Catalog Properties of Saviynt SNOW App as below:

Then you should be able to see Saviynt in SNOW Service Portal as below:

We are able to raise a request for the application . Now we got stuck at adding workflow to the application. Could you please guide us to add workflow in snow?
