Uncorrelate the useraccounts

Hi,

We have the requirement that user profile convertion from external to internal employee. Once the profile created in saviynt as internal the accounts correlated to existing external user profile needs to correlate with internal profile.  

Please let me know if any possibility or workaround to achieve this as an automated process

Are you creating a brand new identity post conversion ?

We are getting new identity from source which is not an new identity (Having an older profile in saviynt). So we need to correlate the older profile accounts to the new identity

you can add account correlation rule under application.

Accounts once co-related cannot be modified. There is no automated way OOB to achieve this.

However I'm intersted to know more about your use case. As you've said, The new identity is being imported from the source system, doesn't it trigger its own birthright rules and create accounts (duplicate in your case)

How do administrators get to know that there is a conversion going on ? 

Do external users gets specific birthright access ?Is there no need to revoke those and replace with the appropriate access ?

@avinashchhetri , We are getting a flag from source while user is converted from external employee to internal. When the user converted we should correlate the accounts assigned to external to the internal user automatically when user imported from source

Does User's username changed or any unique identifier ?

In order to better understand your use case and provide an appropriate answer, I am interested to know if your internalization process requires systematically to create a new Identity, or could it be kept in the previous identity objects, as it looks that the same accounts must be kept ?

What in your authoritative source would prevent to correlate with the same Identity ? Is the correlation of your authoritative source based on an ID that is different from your internal and external identity ?
