Uncorrelate of Accounts is not working via CSV Accounts Import

Hi Team,

We are using the attached format to uncorrelate the accounts and it is not working and inserting a new record.

Tried below cases:
1) Tried to change the user for existing user account- New Account is inserted as with updated
username but existing account not updated with new username


2) Tried keeping the username field as blank- New Account is inserted as orphan Account but not existing account

We have also enabled the Overwrite User Assigned as Yes. 

Kindly help us with on this case and let me know if any modifications or configurations changes needed in the sheet.

@rushikeshvartak  please find the attached logs. 

It shows accounts inserted is 1 and OVERWRITE_USER_ASSIGNED = true as well.

Overwrite is used to replace account to user mapping and not to remove user.

Thanks for the confirmation. In this case, shall  we try with OVERWRITE_USER_ASSIGNED as NO to remove the user from account?
We need to uncorrelate the accounts from the users and how can we remove the user from the existing ? we tried with enhanced query but it is not allowing to update.

Manually, you need to update.

  • Workaround - Map all to admin
  • Navigate to admin --> Accounts - Select All - Remove mapping from UI manually
