Unable to use extension of end date functionality for firefighter role

As per RQ 10140, If a user raise request for any firefghter role, the end date will be updated as per the extension request raised. We have a case where, we have defined some firefighter roles but it is not showing the extension option for the same. The option to enable this functionality was enabled on the entitlement type under the endpoint. The question here is how shall we enable the functionality for firefighter role?

Update access of enddate is only for entitlements, its not for roles.

We got a confirmation that the functionality is present for Firefighter roles. Could you please confirm if the above statement is correct?

Sorry for the above statement, the config is available in global configuration to allow update access end date for fire fighter roles.

Now in ARS, to modify/extend the end date of roles is available under Request access for self/others> enterprise roles section > modify role
