Unable to update entitlemeant owner details through the CSV

Hi Team,

We are unable to update entitlement owner details through the CSV file. Please find the below template header which we are using and let us know if any thing wrong in our template or else please suggest any other template format if there is. Thanks In Advance.

ENTITLEMENT TYPE

ENTITLEMENT VALUE

You wanted to add the new owner or modify the existing one? Add one more column Action with one the below value and try once.

Action

Specify the action required to be performed for the entitlement. The possible values are: add update remove
