Unable to update any user

Hi,

We are trying to update the user from UI or csv file after updating the user from UI we are seeing the page below and user is not getting updated

And there is no request number is visible

Is there is any Global Configuration for this?

What should we do to update the user directly from UI without seeing above message.

Hello @adityachadde,

Can you please verify if there is a Workflow configured in Global Config -> Identity LifeCycle? Please refer to the attached screenshot. Also, check if the User Modification Auto Approve option is enabled for automatic approval.

If the User Modification Auto Approve option is checked but not functioning properly, I recommend unchecking it. Instead, you can create a straightforward workflow specifically for auto-approval and associate that workflow with the User Modification Workflow configuration.
