Unable to set Data Source Registry Flag in ServiceNow Saviynt App

Hello All,

We're currently in the process of integrating ServiceNow with Saviynt IGA. As part of this integration, we are utilizing the Saviynt IGA plugin to enable user synchronization. Our goal is to activate the Data Source Registry flag within ServiceNow for the Saviynt App, which will improve performance through multi-threading. However, we have encountered an issue where the "Data Source Registries" option is not visible under the Saviynt IGA App in ServiceNow. Our Saviynt App version is 2.0.2. Could you please advise if there are any specific configurations required to make the "Data Source Registries" option accessible?

There is no additional configuration needed to enable this option. Can you please try with the admin access just to rule out the permission issue?

Also, is there any customization present? If not, would it be possible to reinstall the app?

We do have the admin access and we are still facing the issue. There is no customization present, regarding the reinstallation we will check with the application team. Is there any other validation that we need to do from our end as this feature is pretty critical for us.

Can you please try the Repair option on ServiceNow? If you already tried it and still facing the issue, I would suggest reinstalling the application with admin permissions.
