Unable to perform User Groups edit operation through a custom SAV role

Hi,

 I have created a custom SAV role and granted it access to "Admin: User Groups" with the intention to enable edit operations. However, upon assigning this role to a user and attempting the edit operation, I encountered an error.

Here are the steps I followed:

  1. Created a custom SAV role.
  2. Added "Admin: User Groups" in the feature access to allow edit operations.
  3. Assigned this custom SAV role to a user.
  4. Attempted an edit operation with the aforementioned user.

I have attempted to troubleshoot this issue on my own but have not been successful in identifying a solution. I believe I might be overlooking something or there could be a specific requirement or condition that I am not aware of.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or point me in the direction of relevant documentation or resources that might help.

Regards,

KP

@KP18

It is an issue with the "users/show.gsp" GSP file or backend misconfiguration.  Saviynt support can fix it for you.
