Unable to lock certification due to pending items

Hi,

We have user manager campaign configured but we noticed it is not letting us to lock the certification and throwing pending item error although there is no pending task remaining. Attaching the error screenshot.

Hello @agupta1,

There could be an issue with the elastic service during the time of campaign creation, the index is not created properly on the ES service, Would request you to log the FD ticket for this.

Hope you have cross check and confirmed that for all the items the certifier have taken action.
