Hi,

After the recent saviynt version upgrade from 5.5SP3.9 to 5.5SP3.13, we are getting 403 forbidden error while calling few native Rest APIs.

We tried searching if these webservices access are already assigned or available for assignment but couldn't find it. Please find the below screenshots.

Please let know if anyone has come across such issues before.

Thanks

You can raise a freshdesk ticket in the saviynt freshdesk portal for the same.

In the meantime can you try the same use cases after assign role_admin to the api user?

add the outcome of above also in the FD ticket.

This issue is resolved now after Saviynt support team added missing accesses in request map.

Which request map is added ?

As per Saviynt support requestmap table did not have entry of fetchCertificationList API and because of that we couldn't add fetchCertificationList access in SAV role.

They updated the requestmap post which we were able to see fetchCertificationList in request map list and add it in sav roles.
