Unable to attach a file in Request Submission page

Hello,

We are unable to attach a file in Request Submission page.

Getting below errors when adding file attachment in Request Submission page. The attached files are not exceeding the default 10 MB size.

Specify number of files to be attached as 10 instead of blank and. Size of files
