UM revoke task for base account

Hi Team, 

I want to understand and build the test case to step "Create remove account task for base account" this option.

Usercase 1)

UM campaign and I have only enabled access review and in revoke task option I have only enabled "Create remove account task for base account"

Case2) IN UM campaign, have enabled both employment verification and access review, in revoke task option only enabled "Create remove account task for base account"

For this setup what is expected behavior? I noticed that when I revoked access, no task to remove the account was generated.

• Does certifier revoke base account ? 
  if yes then it will create remove account task with dependent entitlements

Yes I have revoked the base account but still the task not created.

You need to check logs for same. it should create tasks.

Could not find much on logs, anyone else facing this issue? @rushikeshvartak  Could you please try to reproduce this issue
