Two SAV files

We receive Terminations and Active users in two separate CSV files at the same time from HR, and are looking a way to schedule/configure "File based Users Import (SchemaUserJob)" job to always process Terminations file first and then process the regular. 

Is there a way to configure the SchemaUserJob to fulfill this requirement to always process Terminations file first?

All data should come in same file. moreever schema import pulls all file exists in datafiles directory

If Termination file is copied first (XX:05) and and Regular Active User files get copied little later (XX:15),   What order does saviynt follow to process the files based on the file timestamp or based on the file name?  (Assuming we have only one SAV file to process both the files)
