Two AD Accounts for one endpoint

We have a requirement where we need to create two AD Accounts one Account is having Basic Access and another is Privileged Access Account.  Can we have two accounts under same endpoint ?

The issue is we have some unprivileged access groups which needs to be present for Privileged Accounts as well. We don't want to import them twice under two different endpoints.

Yes ,we can have two accounts for same user under same endpoint .

suppose we have two accounts A and B and we only want to select account A and not B during provisioning.
