Hi,

we are trying to run a User Update Rule when the Organization of a User changes:

In the Update History of the User a change show like this:

I've tried to set a User Update Rule on this but with no success. Tried to use "customer", which is supposed to be the underlying DB column and also "Org Unit ID":

How does the rule have to be set up?

@ASA What is the action you are trying to take using the rule?

We want to start a certification but does that really matter? I should be able to see rule firing in User Update History as well as Execution Trail and it appears in neither.

check for trigger action....

1) Trigger when User is updated from UI: Select this option to trigger the user update rule when a user is updated from the EIC user interface.

2) Trigger when User is updated from Import: Select this option, to trigger user update rule when any user is updated using the import jobs.

Trigger is correct "Update from UI". For testing purposes I update user via UI in Admin module.

It is working now as expected without any change in config. Might be the update to 23.5.

I am using "customer" as trigger attribute and it's fine.
