Transport Functionalities: Export not working

Hi all,

while trying to export some features from preProd environment to production, we are getting an : "invalid credentials error", but when we log into production with the same user, we are able to log in. Are we missing some piece?

Please check that if the sav role assigned to the user in the prep rod has below feature access.

Could you provide a screenshot of your Online Transport Environment setup screen?

The URL here should be till ECM. 
Example : https://<domainname>.saviyntcloud.com/ECM
