To get the data which got assigned for the secondary certifiers

Hi 

This is regarding campaign data which we need. So the requirement is as follows,

I wanted the possible way to get the data which got assigned for the secondary certifiers. if we can write any sql for that ? We should get from the campaign side not like entitlement owners.

Suppose, let us consider I was acting as secondary owner for one entitlement, then in the report it should highlight that this is mine, I had taken action on one of the item and the rest these pending items for me in a such a way.

Can you please help how can we get this data. Is it something we need to go with sql query to get this data.

Hi @SriRanga ,

There is no table on the campaign side which we can refer to check data for the secondary certifiers since the certification is launched only for the primary certifier. Secondary certifier can login and take actions. These actions are recorded in the Audit Trail Column.

Data regarding the pending items with Secondary certifiers is not possible too since all certifications are assigned to Primary certifier by default.

@SriRanga As a workaround for this deficiency, I think you could get at this data by querying the items from the certification campaign and then pulling secondary certifiers from the entitlement or role definitions and joining based on entitlement or role value.  

Note: I have submitted an idea in the ideas portal to address the many problems with the way secondary certifiers are handled.  Inability to report is on the list. Idea: EIC-I-4694 -Improve Admin/User experience for Secondary Certifiers
