we see there is a config called "ImportJSON" that helps to configure timeout for Connection tests and Import jobs. Do we have anything for timing out Provisioning Jobs? like if it's running for a longer time terminate it?

Hello @Mareetta,

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capability to terminate jobs that are timing out.

Thanks

EIC does not provide a capability to terminate a job via UI or via API. Anyhow, for provisioning there is a concept called Provisioning Threshold which can be defined at the respective Security System.

The provisioning threshold is a value set on the application level to restrict processing tasks if the number of tasks exceeds the configured provisioning threshold.

Hi Manu,
What I was checking is Timeout config for provisioning jobs. or What can be best done to avoid jobs getting stuck?

Hello @Mareetta,

Please see if this workaround post is helpful since there is no option to set the Timeout capacity at the Provisioning Job Level.
