Hi Experts,

Our technical rules for birthright access for newly imported users are not being triggered.

Same rules works immediately when testing user created from Postman.

Is there something we missing here?

What is the event source you have selected in the rule?

How are you importing users?

1. Bulk upload users ? if so then make sure that below setting is ON

2. Import through connection(UserImportJob)? if so then make sure that below setting is ON at Job Level

Hi All,

Found the issue in the meantime, CheckRule was not True under UserImportRules for the Connection. After changing that tech rules are now triggering correctly.
