Technical rules not considered in DETECTIVEPROVISIONINGRULESJOB

Use case is identity is created through the registration form with a property indicating a date at which some application accounts should be created, possibly in the future.  This date is not constant.

Envisionned solution involved a technical rule that would be triggered from a detective provisioning rules job running on a set schedule.

However, after configuring and running the job, no account creation task is generated and very little is found in the logs.

Is this behavior still supported and if so, where are we going wrong?

Hi @flegare

Have you marked the technical rules as detective while configuring the rule .

Also make sure the user is satisfying the rule and then when you run the job you should be able to create tasks ( if not you will be able to check in the logs if user is not satisfying or for any other reason why task is not getting created )

Thanks

Hi @Darshanjain

Yes, the rule is marked as detective.  What puzzles me is on the job result screen, under "Number Of Detective Provisioning Rules", it constantly outputs 0, as if no rule was considered in the execution
