Technical Rules are not running for 150 users (uploaded from UI) but for 4users it is running

Hello Team , 

Facing one strange issue in Saviynt 23.1. We have created some technical rules such as if User.title="XXXX" values it will be executed . Tried with manually uploading users from UI and its working fine for small number of users like 10.

But when we are uploading for say 150 users then the task is not getting created. Inshort the rules are not executing . Please provide your input here . Where as we have tried the same with less number of users its working .

Hello @Diptansu1,

Could you please provide more information about your use case?
we would request that you check the Admin --> Settings --> Configuration Files --> external config and validate the limit set.

Hello , Asper your suggestion I have set the limit to 1000 instead of default value(100) and restarted the application . But same issue still persists . Its not processing the rules for 150 users where as it is working for 10-15users . The users csv file sample I have attached here .
