Technical rule is not triggering

Hi All,

 

We created a user registration form using that we are creating a user and we setup active directory connection for creating account and for automated provisioning we enable instant provisioning, automated provisioning ,Configure technical rule for create account using some certain attribute but when we are creating user after that it is not triggering any task for create account. If I am raising the request then only it is creating task but it not automatically completing as we enable instant provisioning, automated provisioning.
 
Please let me know how we can resolved this issue.

Could you kindly provide a detailed snapshot of the information extracted from the logs, encompassing errors and other pertinent functionality details encountered during the execution of this process? Could you please provide below information.

1. How are you creating the user- from CSV import/UI/Import from connection?

2. Is the technical rule birthright or not?

3. Have you verified from the user history if the technical rule triggered or not.

4. Please also check and validate if the tasks get created from same rule if the instant provisioning is disabled.

5. Also please check from the logs if the technical rule is triggered.

I updated the rule using bracket now it's working.

Can you share the screenshot of SS, EP, Rule configured?

For rule what is the condition added, and action added?
