Technical Rule import condition value for statuskey not parsing properly

Hi I am attempting to do a bulk import of technical rules and am testing a sample import first. The problem is that when statuskey value gets evaluated for rule condition its converting the whole number of "1" to "1.0". You can see in the screenshots here

I have tried changing the data type of the cell in excel to text and number but the result is the  same.

Change to number instead of General

I mentioned in my OP that I already tried setting to number and text, both give the same result.
