Technical Rule Evaluation

Hi,

We are observing that upon evaluation of a technical rule and user matching the criteria, task are being generated for group access, even though the user already has access to the group.

Does Saviynt not identify the user as already having the required access and not re-generate a task.

Hi @Mahak_Acharya 

Is the group access task part of any Enterprise or any application role, if yes then it will create a task and when WS retry job runs it will go to No action required. If not then it will not create a task ( if its still creating a task, i would suggest you to raise a FD and our support team can check further ).
