Tasks triggered in Suspended from import accounts

Hi Team,

We observed in our environment that disable account, update account, add access, remove access tasks are getting triggered on accounts with status Suspended from import service instead of active account.

Any solution on how we can restrict this?

Thanks,

Reshma

Tasks are triggered by update rule. This seems defect , please raise FD ticket

Can you confirm that when the task were generated the account status was in SUSPENDED FROM IMPORT SERVICE? It is possible that when the tasks were created the accounts were active but later the import job ran and made those accounts as SUSPENDED FROM IMPORT SERVICE and hence when Saviynt is trying to run the provision the task, it is not able to do anything since the accounts are not in Active state.

Yes. Account status is Suspended from import service even before the task is generated.

Thanks,

This is not expected. It might be a bug.
